I grew up in the foothills of the Allegheny mountains and was shocked when I left and found flat, tree-less terrain. I’m amazed at how peculiar and beautiful life can be but am also concerned, frightened, and cautiously optimistic about the fate of our planet. I hope that something useful comes through in my work. My writing has been published in Atticus Review’s The Attic, IndyWeek, The Photo Review, and several literary magazines. I’ve exhibited my visual art nationally.
