Joe Phillips is the host of Farm On, a podcast of conversations with agriculturists, artists, and activists on the front lines of the food movement, and he writes essays on everything from agroecology to Zen at his website Dharma On the Farm.
His day job has him running the urban farm of Near North Montessori in Chicago, where he enables children to grow their own food and serve it in their student-run restaurant. He is also a coordinator for Extinction Rebellion, an international movement for real solutions to the climate crisis.
