Lucas Foglia (b. 1983) grew up on a farm in New York and lives in San Francisco. His photographs have been widely exhibited in the United States and Europe and are in the permanent collections of the Denver Art Museum, Foam Fotografiemuseum in Amsterdam, International Center of Photography in New York, Philadelphia Museum of Art, San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, and Victoria & Albert Museum in London. Foglia’s third book, Human Nature, was recently published by Nazraeli Press to international critical acclaim. An exhibition of his photographs is on view at Museum of Contemporary Photography in Chicago from July 19 through September 30, 2018.
