Sandy’s deep connection with the Center’s home in Libertyville, IL stretches across decades. She is currently the Office Manager for the Center for Humans and Nature, ensuring a beautiful, welcoming space for Center colleagues and visitors. Previously, Sandy and her husband, Paul Quinn, worked for three generations of the Donnelley family as the managers of Windblown Hill, offering care on a daily basis and across the years for the land and buildings at Windblown Hill (a portion of which is now the Center for Humans and Nature’s home). Additionally, Sandy serves on the Land Management Team at the Three Waters Reserve, also with her husband Paul at her side.
When Sandy is not busy at work caring for Humans and Nature, she can be found on her farm with her family, which also includes horses and chickens, along with many dogs and cats.
