Elena Mancioppi is a post-doctoral research fellow at the University of Gastronomic Sciences (Pollenzo, Italy). Her research interests include smell, atmospheres, ecological perception, olfactory arts, and food philosophy. She coedited an issue of Rivista di Estetica (March 2021) dedicated to scents and aromatic spaces; and she has published articles in academic journals, and two monographs: L’Olfattivo (2022) and Osmospheres (2023).
